Shipping costs in the Sandax online shop

The freight costs are calculated according to the type of package and weight. We always ship your items as cheaply as possible. If feasible, we bundle several items into an optimised package or collect the goods on a mixed pallet.

The freight costs are displayed in the shopping basket and are net plus VAT. For orders that are delivered outside the Federal Republic of Germany , please enquire about the current daily freight costs via our telephone order service (040-500 310 68 -0).

If the total weight of the consignment is more than 90 kg, we will send the goods by a forwarding agent. Any additional transport costs not shown in the shop will be invoiced separately.

If you regularly order larger quantities from us, we will be happy to make you a customised offer. We also deliver to countries other than those listed below. We will be happy to make you a customised offer.

24-hour delivery: lightning fast from today to tomorrow

Order today, delivered tomorrow! If you want , we can deliver your order the very next day. Even on Saturday! We will be happy to deliver all items in stock to you for a surcharge as part of the 24-hour service. All you need to do is place your order by telephone via our order hotline by 11 am. Here you can also find out directly whether the items you require are in stock. Please note that our 24-hour delivery service can only be used in exceptional cases for pallet shipping . For the 24 hour delivery service we charge a surcharge of € 16,- for in addition to the normal shipping costs, for Saturday delivery an additional € 10,- (within Germany, prices for international deliveries on request).

The express conditions apply to all deliveries up to 30 kg. The surcharge is also due if you return the goods .
