GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1 Contractual partner, validity

The contractual partner of the customer is:

The business relationship between SANDAX and our customers is governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Any deviating provisions are hereby rejected. Provisions other than those contained herein shall only become effective with the express agreement of a representative of SANDAX authorised to manage the business (managing director, authorised signatory or authorised agent) and the respective customer.

Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

1. By clicking on the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping basket and agrees to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. The order confirmation sent automatically after sending the order documents that the customer's order has been received by SANDAX, but does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer.

3. A contract is only concluded by SANDAX's declaration of acceptance, which is sent in a separate e-mail (order confirmation or dispatch confirmation), but at the latest when the order is dispatched.

4. The contract is concluded and processed in German. SANDAX reserves the right not to provide the promised service and to refund the purchase price to our customers if the goods are not available or temporarily unavailable despite the prior conclusion of a corresponding purchase contract.

§ 3 Prices

1. All prices quoted are exclusive of the costs of packaging and dispatch at the time of ordering. Value added tax is shown separately.

2. The costs for packaging and dispatch (shipping costs) for deliveries within Germany are charged separately. The amount of packaging, shipping and insurance costs are summarised under the heading "Shipping costs".

3. When ordering by cash on delivery, separate cash on delivery charges are also levied. The amount of the charges is also summarised under the heading "Shipping costs".

4. All prices quoted, including for packaging and despatch, apply only within Germany and only at the time of ordering. When the SANDAX website is updated, all previous prices and other information on goods become invalid. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

§ 4 Terms of payment

1. Payments shall be made either by Klarna, by credit card or by PayPal.

2. Deliveries to entrepreneurs or public institutions can be made against invoice after checking and approval. In any case, a written order on the customer's company form is required. The order must always be sent to SANDAX by fax or e-mail.

3. Orders on account are always due for payment immediately. All payments shall be made strictly net, without discounts or other deductions.

4. Invoices are sent electronically by e-mail to the specified e-mail address. If the invoice is to be sent by post, the customer must inform us of this in writing, stating the postal invoice address.

§ 5 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of SANDAX until full payment has been made.

§ 6 Right of cancellation of the consumer

1. If the customer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (consumer), the customer has a right of cancellation in accordance with § 312d i.V.m. § 355 BGB.

2. If the purchase contract is cancelled by the customer, the customer shall bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 400 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, the buyer has not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation.

The customer agrees to receive invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be sent to the customer at the known e-mail address in PDF format.
