Outbound sales support / order processing

We are looking for a committed colleague for customer support by telephone and order processing as soon as possible

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your tasks essentially include:

- actively contacting existing customers and potential new customers by telephone.

- Follow up on offers

- Master data maintenance in the context of customer contact

- Supporting our sales department

Another focus of this "mixed position" is order processing. You will prepare quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, etc. and be the contact person for a fixed clientele.

In addition to enthusiasm, we would like you to be experienced in dealing with customers, proficient in handling the MS Office package, technical understanding and sales expertise, which you can bring to us .

Previous knowledge of the packaging industry would be nice but is not a must.

Office clerk order processing/processing

Your tasks:

As an office administrator at Sandax, you are contact person for our customers and suppliers and support our department managers and sales staff for load securing systems and industrial packaging materials actively and partly independently in day-to-day business. You will look after our existing customers and take care of daily order processing.

You will also be responsible for receiving telephone and electronic customer enquiries.

Our expectations:

Independent order processing (preparation of quotations, delivery documents, credit notes, invoices, etc.)

Goal-orientated approach and structured documentation with the help of our CRM system

Incoming goods postings and master data maintenance

Research and purchase of special items based on customer requirements

Ensuring a smooth process between sales and logistics

Close cooperation with our sales force

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience

ideally good technical understanding and industry experience in the field of packaging / load securing (no requirement)

Self-confident, likeable and confidence-building demeanour in personal conversations and on the phone

Knowledge of written and spoken English desirable

Conscientious, reliable, organised and precise way of working

Self-initiative, motivated work

Committed customer-orientated appearance with "hands-on mentality"

Strong communication skills and good teamwork skills, ability to work independently

Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of merchandise management systems (preferably Lexware)
