Set of 2 – Strapmaster ® Belt lift system for tensioning belts (50mm)
The Strapmaster is an innovative belt lift system for Tension belts , specially developed for general cargo transport in Tautliners It facilitates load securing from the ground, regardless of the Height, width or bulkiness of the load . The system is installed along both sides of the upper roof bow and secured with 50 mm wide tensioning straps The lashing straps run above the cargo space and are secured via two Guide elements on the left and right are guided downwards. As soon as the ratchet is released, the belt returns to its 90° starting position and always remains ready for use. The system allows for quick securing of the load without additional vehicle superstructures. The tensioning straps are always at hand , clean and dry, eliminating the hassle of rolling up and stowing away . The straps are also accessible from the ground at any time and can be flexibly. With the Strapmaster system , up to 70% Time savings can be achieved when securing loads. When loading and unloading discharge per day, this results in approximately 140 working hours saved per year . The system not only ensures a more efficient and faster load securing , but also increases safety and comfort for the Shipper.
