For professional load securing, we recommend polyester thread structure strapping. It is also often referred to as WG strap, hot-melt strap, Kraft strap or HM strap. The HotMelt strap contains the same fibres as the composite strap, but it is held together by a hot-melt adhesive.

The baler belt is identical to the hot-melt belt. However, it is supplied with a smaller core diameter (60 mm). Tear strength/breaking load of hot melt belts

The polyester thread structure tape or simply polyester tape from Sandax is particularly flexible and soft and therefore suitable for sensitive surfaces such as painted surfaces. The HotMelt strap is the entry-level strap in the field of"textile strapping" with a good to very good breaking load. It is easily possible to achieve breaking loads of up to 1000 daN with a 25 mm strap. tensile strengths similar to those of steel strapping can therefore be achieved, but there is no risk of injury or corrosion problems. The strap should not be used in particularly hot environments (e.g. steelworks). However, as it is weather-resistant, it is suitable for outdoor use.
