What is force-lock load securing?
Force-lock load securing is effective when a freestanding load on a transporter is secured by a single force , for example, between the load and the loading area or between individual items being transported. This is where the tried-and-tested method of tie-down lashing comes into play, using lashing devices such as lashing straps or lashing chains. Lashing rails can also be easily retrofitted to provide additional support.Lashing for professional load securing
Professional lashing is the key to successful, friction-locked load securing . Tension straps or lashing chains press the goods against the surface of the vehicle, creating increased friction . This effectively prevents the transported goods from slipping during transport, with the coefficient of friction (µ) playing a crucial role.Order lashing rails & lashing straps from Sandax

Force-locking load securing: force-locking for secure loading
In situations where positive securing of goods is no longer sufficient, for example due to excessive weight or bulky and awkwardly shaped transported goods , force-locking of the load is essential to prevent slipping. The force-locking method is ensured by the proven tie-down lashing method . The selected lashing device is guided over the goods and hooked onto both sides of the vehicle, for example, into existing lashing points. The lashing device is then tightened by operating the ratchet .The difference between form fit and force fit
While with positive load securing the goods are protected from slipping by gapless and flush loading , diagonal or oblique lashing, as well as the use of locking bars and round locking beams , force-locking securing ensures the same through simple lashing down.
