- The regular daily rest period shall be at least 11 hours, but may be reduced to 9 hours, a maximum of three times between two weekly rest periods.
5. Weekly rest period
- A weekly rest period must be taken after at most six 24-hour periods.
- The regular weekly rest period is at least 45 hours. This can be reduced to 24 hours, but must then be compensated for by an additional rest period within three weeks.
